Pro Solo Thanks

Post by Tom Berry »

A big THANKS out to everyone for the LA Pro Solo!!!!
Our biggest turn out ever. I believe the final count was 217, and they cap it at 225.
Thanks to all the "towners" who came from out of the area to play.
Thanks to all the "clubbers" who came to race and help out... a great turn out.
Thanks to all the chiefs for taking on the responsibilities and handling them so well that I didnt hear about anything wrong all weekend long! ( thats a good thing! )
Special thanks to: Theresa for the best welcome party EVER.
Kurt and Adrian for taking on the hardest job of the weekend ( chiefs of courses ) and doing it very well.
All those who jumped in to help get the course torn down and put away.
All those who worked the challenge ( and Ken Lord for organizing them.)
The SCCA National Staff for running a near flawlless event.
Once again, our region put our best foot forward to the Solo community across the country.
Now..... about that course designer.... might have to have a chat with that guy.
Dont forget to mark your calendars for June 26th and 27th for the "Tire Rack SoPac Divisional"
Thanks again and look forward to seeing you all in a couple weeks.

Thanks Tom for a VERY tough but interesting course. Can we have more ProSolos at the regional level?

I'm trying to figure out if he should be called King Tom the first, Tom the Conquerer, or Tom the Bastard.
