NO$ Practice Event

Post by Yuki Haneda »

The flyer has been updated with the run/work schedule... or you can see it here!

Image

READ CAREFULLY! ;) this event will run almost like CASOC practice, but...
-group GREEN and WHITE are the same for morning and afternoon
-groups PINK and YELLOW are switched for the morning and afternoon

I made it so that each group will all be able to run back to back run groups to be fair. Sorry if you don't like it... :? First come first choice on your group :!:

Seems like a good change to swap A around in the afternoon.

I would suggest that you save some C group spots for your core morning setup people. I ran A like several CASOC's at our event and it was VERY difficult to setup and then unload our cars and get ready to run. If I had run C and had that first group rest I could have unloaded and changed tires then.

Whoops.......

Looked at the run schedule for the practice. I don't think you're going to want to make that change to the "tried and true" afterall. I don't see how it can work for multiple driver cars. Every group runs with every other atleast once, so you can't keep two drivers in the same car apart during run times.

I'd quickly make the decision to go back to the old way.

Or tell me how I'm wrong.

I knew that when I planned the schedule, but I didn't think that we were so strict on not having a multi driver lane at a practice event?

Any updates on list of drivers? I've sent in the check and an email to Renee on 5/24, and is concerned if it has been accepted and received.

But Mako, he has himself listed as a No$ member so he was supposed to send his check in early.

When you elect to organize the practice with specific run groups you try to avoid forcing a car to do 6 runs instead of 3 in the same heat. Can it be done? Sure. But why make it hard????

Ekstrand I will be leaving the schedule the way it is, I dont think that we have THAT MANY multi drivers that I need to change my schedule or reprint my PINK labels.

I do not have the list of everyone yet, but from Renee tells me, If you sent in your check, YOUR IN.

WE STILL HAVE SPOTS SO SEND IN YOUR CHECK IF WANT TO GET IN!! The list will be up SOON!

Okay, but be prepared to be flexible at the event.

In training, you need to learn the good things about Renee too, not just the bad things. }:)

As Yuki has previously mentioned, I have been a little busy. Thanks Steve for the support in saying that there are good things about me - I would have never guessed :o A practice list will be forthcoming, however, the practice is not being overwhelmed with No $ entrants. If you are a No $ member - remember - you get first priority and a reduced rate of $25.00.

A big thank you to Yuki for doing a fantastic job!

If I didnt know Renee has good things about her, I would not be supporting her in what she loves to do. Plus who ever said I got the bad things from her? }:) 8-)

Thanks Renee! and Yes Ashley I DO HAVE BRIGHT PINK LABELS and they look SO CUTE!! :heyes: it seriously should be the new trend to use colored labels! I have NEON Pink, Yellow and Green. But I have 4 groups in my schedule so I had to use white for one group, So sad cause white gets so boring sometimes!
