Don't feel bad, I didn't either. I wonder if they even got our check?

I've got another 18 checks beyond what you see and I drew 8 more checks for the lottery than allotted.

Appreciate your posting the list.

Looks like I am pretty far down on the waiting list which is ok. For those that are in, is there anyone who would mind my riding with them to learn? I suspect I could learn almost as much maybe even more by riding along and watching as by driving. Opitmally I would like to get a half dozen ride alongs with different drivers to see how they attack the course.

Even if I do get in somehow would like some ride alongs.

Thanks

You can ride with me, but I'm not sure you'd learn anything useful. How to spin and hit cones, maybe.

Hmm, I'm #8 on the waiting list....Do you think there's a high chance that I'd make it on by this Saturday? If not, would it be fine if I still dropped by just to see the course and maybe ask for a ride-along?

Its always fine to show up at a practice and bum rides. I'm the only person in the region to ever be banned from a site during a practice and you can't possibly be as spechual as me! }:)

Art and Julie... anyone is free to come down and Saturday and ride along. Most people do not mind, unless they are doing some specific testing. Don't be afraid to ask, but don't be offended if someone says no.

I'll offer you both a ride for starters.

It's only Monday and you're already up to first. Odds are in your favor.

I have no problem with people adding on a shared entry as it has no effect on the number of runs we have to handle. You can pay the extra $10 on Saturday, but it would be nice to know in advance who's doing it.

I'll probably be drawing more names tonight for the wait list as it's getting absorbed pretty fast.

That's a good offer, right there. Max is a hell of a driver! Maybe I'll be so lucky on Saturday.

Kurt & Max, thank you. Look forward to taking you up on your offers.

Max what type of car do you race? Got the #31, type will just make it easy for me to spot.

Thanks again.

Art, I'm in the white STX BMW 325i number 88 (though I probably won't have the number on for practice). You can't miss me...I look like an offensive guard for the Raiders.
