Course setup workers for Feb 25/26

Post by Stephen Yeoh »

Hi,

I have 3 exemptions for course set up. I'm looking for 3 volunteers to help with course setup on Friday, right now approximately 1pm for course setup. I'm also looking for 3 volunteers to help change the course on Saturday after practice in preparation for Sunday. Please respond here and I'll check back and post here who's helping. Please let me know which day you can help. Priority will go to those that can help on both days.

The exemption means that if you help with course set up on Friday, you won't have to work on Saturday. If you help with course change over on Saturday, you will be exempted from work on Sunday.

Thank you!

I don't think you get three fresh exemptions for Saturday's turn around of the course. The folks that helped on Friday typically help on Saturday ... that's usually part of the deal.

Nope. Stephen's correct.

The people setting up for Saturday generally spend far more time working that setup than most people spend on course at the practice, and it's about even on time for the course conversion time / Sunday work group.

Looks like we still have two Friday set up workers positions to fill. This counts as your work assignment for Saturday. Also, we will adhere to the CASOC tradition of buying dinner for all those who show up and help regardless of whether you get a worker exemption or not.

... and the Broasted Chicken at Grazianos, the traditional CASOC dinner site is Well Worth It! I sometimes think it's the main reason Steve Collin's AX's :?

And, apparently, Seb does not belong to CASOC. Cause when I worked set-up for him all I got was "no, they go HERE!"

Thanks Theo, this will be your work assignment for Sunday then.

I'm still looking for two people to help with course set up on Friday and one more for Saturday. Any takers? It will count as your work assignment for either the practice or champ event, depending on when you work.

Thanks.

I was going to leave work early and head over tomorrow, but that wasn't going to be until about 2:30. Tell ya what, I'll try to make it earlier, but no promises.

Jon, thank you. You have an exemption for Sunday work.
Mark, whenever you can get there is fine. Thanks. You have an exemption for Saturday.

Is there anybody else that can help tomorrow? Even if you get there around 2 or 2:30, we sure could use the help.

Thanks. Stephen
