Um, I signed up for this within an hour of registration opening, meet most of the priority criteria, and am even part of the crew setting up the practice course of Friday afternoon, but don't see my name on the list - what did I do wrong?

Thanks.

Edit to add: email sent to you, K.J., with "receipt" from motorsportsreg.com timed stamped

Edited again to add: I'm an idiot; I forgot to send in the check. This old dog hasn't learned how to do the new tricks

Sorry about the confusion to those who forgot to send in a check. There is work being done behind the scenes to make life simpler in the future. For now, we'll just have to suck it up an send in checks.

If you're not on the entry list, please email or PM KJ or I (better yet both) directly so we can get the problems squared away.

Hi gang. We still have several spots available for the CASOC Test 'n' Tune on April 14. If you have registered and are not on the entry list, we have not received your payment. Contact KJ Christopher or George Schilling to secure you spot. If you have not registered but would like to attend, here's link to get 'er done. Be sure to send in payment with your registration.

There are plenty of openings for Autocross Sunday on April 15. Here's a link for that. Registering online will save you $10 as opposed to waiting, so get registered now!

I just found this list, courtesy of Mr Hayter's link. I was waiting for entries to show up on Motorsport.reg list;
"The entry list will post on April 1, 2012. Thank you for your interest.
No entries are listed - this may be because the organizer has disabled this feature or there are no registrations yet. List updated every 15 minutes."

I don't see my name on this list either. I put my check in the mail Saturday morning, the 7th. Does this mean the list was full by the time you got my check, and I can't run my car this Saturday? I have been offered rides in a couple other cars, Will I still be able to do that, and do I need to bring my own lunch, or can I buy it there?
I have another friend,(different car), that wanted to run too, but he didn't know about having to sign up early either.
If we can't run Saturday, can we transfer the money over to sunday? Is there a sign-up list for that day?

Steve,

Anybody (of age) is invited to show up on Saturday's to take rides with other people and get to know the process/people better. All checks of those who did not get in are shredded, so no, a transfer from Saturday to Sunday won't work.

Sundays have no entry caps. However if you register online at solo2.motorsportreg.com, it is $10 less than if you register on site, so we highly recommend preregistering online.

Hey everybody, we've got some room for walk-ups. Several people canceled at the last minute fearing rain, so we've can take last minute entries. Just showing up does not guarantee a spot, but I'd say the likely hood of you getting in is excellent.

Now, let's talk about the weather. The rain will be gone, winds will be light, sun will be shining warming the tarmac, and temperatures will be on the cool side. What more could one ask for a wonderful autox day.

In addition, for all those accepted, we'll have a couple additional practice areas for your pleasure........two practice slaloms and a skid pad. We'll be giving you breaks during the day to take advantage of these areas.

How about the food? The BBQ will open at 11 and will be open until 2:15, plenty of time to stop in a grab lunch. And it's included with your entry.

So, if you were staying away because you thought it would rain, come on out. See you there.
