Results from Nationals

Post by Jo Ann Lynch »

I guess I am spoiled with Randy Chase's live streaming and live videos. I noticed there isn't any connection to results for National Pro Solo or National Run Offs. Can anyone help me if such an animal exists? Thanks. Jo Ann Lynch

Sololive.scca.com has been working all day. In addition, there is a link to the ustream feed on that page so you can watch and listen to the action.

Interesting that most leading their classes (and holds true pretty much across the board) the left side is about a 1/2 second slower than the right side.

There is something about the left. It's just not quite right.

Jeff drove like his hair was on fire on his last run. He wobbled a cone in the first slalom that almost gave us all a coronary. It must've been just touching the outline of the box because it looked like the worker had to move it 9-10" to replace it. Mark drove his butt off too. STX and STR were thoroughly entertaining!

Ah, they had another run to go when I stopped watching it on my phone. Terrific. I wonder what time Jeff's body clock was on?! Can one tell if he won GT Academy from the smile on his face.

I'm really pulling for Jeff in STX. The kid is a true talent and I wish him the best of luck. I just wish i had time for video games, they seem to take you places in the world. ;)

The two course maps are somewhere on sololive -- I saw a glimpse but lost them trying to blow them up. Anyone have a link?

Tristan's win in STU was a major major suprise being he's one of 2-3 drivers and the only non 4wd car to place. CalClub has been cleaning up big time so far :D

It was cool watching KJ running this afternoon. I think I saw him spin and cure a DNF on his first run. And then, on his next run it appeared that he went SO FAST that he caught the car in front of him and earned a re-run (I think). Seemed like his competition was fierce. It looked like he was in 5th place based on what I saw.

Especially, considering that Daddio crushed the field last year.

Yep, crappy day. Spun the first run. Caught the guy ahead on my second run. Spun on the rerun. Then went too safe on my safety run. :unimpressed:

Sitting three seconds back in second place.

The wind was blowing hard and doing funny things to the handling.
