Food/Drinks for Sept. 13-14 Autocross

Post by Warren Van Ryzin »

The Cal Poly Pomona Formula SAE team will be selling food and drinks for the September 13th and 14th Autocross dates. We will be serving our usual burgers and hot dogs, along with sodas and water. Please bring your appetite and help out the team! We will also have shirts and posters for sale. Thank you

NO!! You will be making burgers for free...........but would like a "donation" to fund the team. I'm sure the lawyers will agree. Cal Speedway doesn't want people other than their own vendors "selling" anything :)

With that said....if you haven't had a Cal Poly cheeseburger (double-cheese) you're missing out! :) And none of this "veggie/tofu" crap! (not intended to you Warren, this is for Schenker) :barf:

Which in the case of an FSAE team seems harsh given how much money SAE has paid to the speedway the last three years, but bidness is bidness. }:)

I'd also like to get a couple of Boca double cheesburgers.

Great fund raising concept....How about $20 for a lap or two in the FSAE car!

Or a special deal -- $25 donation for a berger, drink, and a few laps......

Event shirts?
Or shirts promoting the Cal Poly team?

I was just about to start a thread asking if events shirts would be avaiable.
