Looking for Chiefs for the November Practice/Championship:
EventMaster - Bob Beamesderfer
Registration - KJ Christopher
Timing and Scoring - Rick/Christine/Marshall?
Course Designer -
Worker Chief - Tony Munoz
Tech - SCNAX
Gate -
Safety Steward -
Youth Steward - QV Dang
Novice Coordinator - Leonard Cachola
Remember that this practice is on Friday and the Ladies School will be on Saturday, splitting up our normal weekend. I've already agreed to be Safety for the Ladies School. We will need a course designer for the weekend that can create something that works for all three days. We have seen designs that could serve the practice, be broken into three segments for the ladies school and then reset with minimal effort. With the reduced daylight available, this is obviously something we would want to try again. If you'd like to take on this challenge, please ping me and Lisa so we can chat.

We need a safety steward soon in order to get the sanction. C'mon, you don't really want to go to the mall that weekend!

Also need a course designer; see KJ's note above. Given that we'll be setting up Friday morning, a course that sets up quickly and converts quickly is what we need.

Re: November 23/25 Chiefs
Normally I would just put myself down so we can get the insurance, but I can't guarantee I'll be there.
Don't forget, free entry both days to the SSS of record.

Well, we got the minimum coverage for the sanction. We still need a course designer and a gate chief...
