On a related note, video from my fourth run in SK2:

My memory must be pretty faulty because the line I drove in a couple of spots wasn't the line I taught in the novice course walk during lunch...

A lot of people over drove the last corner. Looks like you went unnecessarily wide into the corner before the slalom.

When I compared it to video of my previous two slower runs, taking that corner wide was a couple of tenths faster - plus, I was faster through the slalom as well.

I meant I went in too wide. ... apparently. :D Pete was noting that I went to wide coming out of the downhill corner before that corner also. :?

I felt I was killing too much speed by trying to stay inside after the downhill corner on my first two runs, so I decided to just carry my speed out to the wall to cut the course shorter through that section - doing that turned the corner into the slalom into an early apex for me, so I was on the throttle pretty early. When I did that, I ended up dropping time on my last two runs - helped I was quite a bit more aggressive, too.

Here was my second fastest run from Sun.

My fastest was .5 faster than this one.
I hit my brake points much better all around on my fast run. No pushes at all.
