Friday 2/6 Course Setup Help Needed

Post by BrandonPorambo »

Hello Everyone,

I am designing the course for the event next weekend. I will need one more worker to help setup the course on Friday February 6th at 1PM at the Auto Club Speedway parking lot and one worker on Saturday afternoon to help switch over the practice course to Sunday's course.

Thank you in advance and please post here if you would like to help setup the course for your work assignment.

Cheers,
Brandon

I think I saw on the other thread that Pete Loney volunteered for one of those spots.

In case you haven't read through this yet or even if you have. Go through it 3 more times =). Good read even for the most experienced designers.

Thanks for the recommendation Jonathan, designing a course truly is something different. I think I finished reading Roger's write up twice the night I offered to design the course and a couple times since then and will probably do so again before the course is finalized lol. There is a ton of useful tips and hints that I would have never thought of before in there.

Thank you for offering Patrick. I don't know if working a partial course setup day will count as a full work, I will have to get back to you on that. Would you be willing to help a small amount of time Saturday switching the course over to help cover the 1.5 hours you wouldn't be there on Friday?
