Apr 18-19 El Toro event

Post by Craig Naylor »

All day long on Sunday (well as long as I was there...) it was announced that we had no event the weekend of the Long Beach Grand Prix and to use CSLB code for discounted tickets.

The LB grand Prix is April 17th - 19th... :D

Did we have one un-informed announcer, with lemmings following later in the day?

Or have we canceled our even that weekend? :o

either way... could someone who remembers the code PM it to me?

Crows Tour and LBGP...... And my son as Lumiere in Beauty and the Beast.

One of my many triple or quadruple booked weekends.

Unless the event was cancelled between our last CSCC meeting and Sunday morning it's on as far as I know.

That really makes a lot of sense scheduling an event the same weekend as the biggest race in Southern California.
Nice scheduling guys....

We don't usually have unlimited choices for dates, we pretty much have to take what we can from both El Toro and ACS. Likely that was the only April date available. And as much as we try to avoid such conflicts, they are generally not really under subscribed. I really enjoyed the year I worked the LBGP and will do it again when it works out.

Brian - our schedule had to be planned in May/June of 2014.
