April 2015 Event Volunteers

Post by Sebastian Rios »

Hi Folks, it's time to ask for volunteers to run our next event.

This time, when the cat is away the mice will play...Many of our core volunteers will be at the Crow's Landing National Tour, so this is a great opportunity to really help the region. Even if your are first time volunteer; don't worry, there will plenty of support.

In order to secure the insurance we need the following positions:
Event Chair: Sean Fenstermacher
Safety Steward: Bill Schenker
Youth Steward: Will Kalman
Chief of Gate: Jessica Pao

In order to have a smooth running event we need following positions:
Course Designer:
Chief of Registration: Vereker Tam
Chief of Workers: Adam Tarnoff
Chief of Tech: Kyle O'Rourke
Please post her to volunteer.
Thanks in advance! :D

I could do Youth Steward on Sunday, but Robert has a dance competition on Saturday and we can't make the practice.

My co-driver isn't going to Crows, so I'll be able to make this event. I'll handle workers again.

I'll be at the event but do not have experience with any of these positions. If need be though I would be willing to fill in for one if I could get a breakdown of my duties.

And I can help too. I've done it a couple times and have lists and schedules and calculations and all that fun stuff. Are you going to the Pro this weekend? If so, I'll bring my stuff and we can talk.

Great to see another person give it a go. Catch up with George and I at the Pro and we can fill you in on all the tips/tricks/pitfalls.

Heads up!!! I can't do the Youth Steward on Sunday either. Production schedule changed for Beauty and the Beast (Robert is playing Lumiere) so we signed up for the Tour.

Sorry!!!

I will help in any way I can. I have no experience with these positions but if I could help someone who does I will be in a better position next time.

Since most of PAX will be gone, you could probably win in the Prius.

I'm happy to do it, but I don't have a car, so really do want to find a fun, fast drive . I know I sound like a brat, but this new car is taking a lot of work and the majority of one weekend lost on working on it while S.S.S.ing is not something I can take lightly.

I don't have a PAX prepped car, but will my E-street Miata work for you?

Seb,

Wanted to make sure that you saw Steve's post that we are now going to Crows for the tour and won't be available to be youth stewards for the local event. I don't know if either Robert Baltazar or Will Kalman are going, but I don't think so. Maybe one of them can fill in?
