Re: SD pre reg?
They just posted the Flyer for the next event and it says bring cash or a check. I can handle that.

Good Idea KJ. I am new to this area and not fully settled in.

SD events are day-of registration. The novice school is on MSR and most practice events are also.

In S.D....
Practice events fall in one of three categories. Private, open, or mixed. It's been years since an event was completely private. Most clubs allot a certain number of publicly available slots... They may make say 45 slots open to the public... then allow their membership to also run. As such... there is not typically a max entry number... but a variable number based upon how many club members opt to participate.
Those public spots are typically sell out, and are on a pre-registration format. Most clubs use MSR, but I believe there is one club who is a holdout for snail mail registrations.
All Championship events are day of event, on site registrations.
