May autox course setup

Post by BrandonPorambo »

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

I'm looking for two helpers when I set up the course on Friday May the 13th around 1 pm. The process should be pretty easy since I now have a lot map with the parking spaces and it should be quick because I intend to be sparing with the cones unlike my last course where I used all of the cones :D

Of course if you help that will count as your work assignment for Saturday and if you help switch the course over on Saturday afternoon it will count as your Sunday's work assignment.

What time do you think you'll be winding up? I'm the S.S.S. for the weekend and I can come by and check out the course, grid, and spectators areas for you. I'd come about 30-45 mins. before you think you'll be done - sound good?

Brandon,

Just as a FYI, at the last event we did not have access to the site until after 4:00. Someone/tire company, had the lot rented to do tire testing. Both wet and dry. You might want to confirm if anybody is again using the site on Friday.

Thanks for offering Bill and Fredricktsang, I'll see you guys on Friday. Thanks for the info David, the trouble is we really don't know when we are going to get the lot but I can hope for the best and arrive early so that I can let my workers know when to show up.
