The May Events Are Now Open for Registration

Post by George Schilling »

Like the title says, the May events are now open for registration. Registration for the practice event will be on a first come, first served basis. Register early! The Autocross Sunday Championship will already the 5th of the year. Can you believe it! Click here to register.

As the practice is hosted by CASOC, it will be manned by CASOC volunteers. However, we would like a safety steward outside the club. Volunteers?

I have a friend coming Sunday from a different region and wanted to know if he needs to pay for a temporary number at registration. He isn't competing in our region so I would assume he doesn't need to pay for a temporary number correct?

I believe the current thing is if he gets a 6xx number he is supposed to pay for it, not sure we actually addressed this situation. Personally I think a 6xx number should be free in this case. But if he already has numbers, he just needs to add a 1 for a 3 digit number or 11 for a two digit number, which is easy to do with tape.

Thanks Rick. I figured paying for a 6XX was for cases with people who came without a number as well.
