Crows Landing Champ Tour AirBnB

Post by Ed T »

Anybody planning on just going up for the Champ Tour? If so, anybody interesting in splitting an AirB&B in Patterson, CA that's $240/night but sleeps 10 so could be $24/night? https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/13675910?a ... 0&guests=1

A bit more than $24 per night. It's plus $100 cleaning fee, plus $95 service fee, plus $15 per person over 4. Two nights would be $765 with 10 people = $38.25 per night per person. But still better than a hotel.

Ah you're right! Forgot to tack on the nickels and dimes. For comparison, Hotwire lists a 2.5star (likely Best Western) for $100/night and a 2star (no idea what it could be) at $62/night https://www.hotwire.com/hotels/results/ ... 2017/1/2/0

Realistically speaking, for say only 6 guests in this 4 bedroom house, from 4/28 - 4/30 with all the fees tacked on would be $716 total. That's about $120/person for both nights or $60/night.
