Hey everybody. Thank you to all who volunteered to work with me on course setup. I am hoping to start setup up at around 1:30 assuming the motorhome is there and the lot is available. Worker exemptions follow.

Friday setup:
Brian Howlett (for Sunday)
Adam Tarnoff
Brandon Porambo

Saturday changeover:
Adam
Brandon

I have all the spots filled, but as usual, no extra hands will be turned away. Thanks again. See ya out there!

Just got the word that the lot will be booked on Friday, so we will have limited time Friday evening and Saturday morning to set up. I'm planning to be there at 5pm to start setting up as soon as the lot clears. Just keeping everyone in the loop not to get there too early. This isn't ideal, but we've done much harder things in the past. Thank you!
