Super Fast CAM Course & BBQ Party

Postby Nokones » Mon Jun 12, 2017 2:38 pm

On July 1 & 2, the American Autocross Series (AAS) will be hosting the annual Larry Park Memorial in honor of the late Larry Park, the founder of AAS, at Crows Landing with a BBQ after the last car runs on Saturday. The BBQ is sponsored by Miltonian Capital so the cost of the dinner will be only $10.00 per person and you must prepay through Eventbrite in order to participate in the BBQ party on-site. You can go to the AAS website www.americanautox.com to get the link to Eventbrite to prepay for your party dinner ticket and for more information on the party events.

Also, the course for both days will be a CAM course from hell. You'll definitely need third gear and rumors have it that you may need 4th gear and the course may be very long and very fast. So, you better bring extra fuel with you. The course will be designed by Frank Stagnaro

You will definitely have the most fun any human can have with their clothes on at this event.

If you think the competition in each class will be tough, you ought to try your luck at the Lie Swapping going on at the party. You will no doubt be entertained and educated on all the facts about everything.

The registration for the autocross event is only on-site but, you do need to prepay in advance for the BBQ Party.

Last year we had 15 CAM S drivers and Jaime Olerich, Chad Olerich's daughter, beat all of us guys in her dad's C6 ZO6. We're hoping that Chad and Jaime will show up again this year because all of us guys are definitely ready for Jaime this year, Good Luck Jaime, hope you can make it.

There will be lots of CAM cars at this event. So don't be one of those CAM guys/gals sitting at home wishing that you were there.
