Front not back? I thought the usual Civic setup was stiffen the back so the car will rotate.

@Daniel I used 2.5" on my old KW 60mm perches. They worked fine as is. But it was easy to build up the perches by wrapping some tape around the perch. I did that. And when I switched out perches I tried it without and didn't notice a difference. YMMV.

daniel, ive also used 2.5" springs on my 2.25" springs, they will not rattle, just have to make sure they sit on the upper spring perch properly when you let it down. The clearance isnt as great from 60mm -> 2.5" anyways.

You do the math and let me know what you come up with

Sprung Weight = ~580lbs
Wheel Rate = ~614lb/inch

Yes, big improbable numbers make the joke funnier.

(And the Escort was just a shade under 3Hz in front not counting sway bar - you don't want to know the rear number, which is typically absurd in FWD applications).

Of course the frequency drops when you add damping so you'll probably want to set your shocks full soft to maximize the effect of the stiffer springs...

On second thought, I've decided that I'm not going to revalve my Kws, so no need to bring the springs this wknd.
