For rent: 40 foot gated storage in Santa Ana

Hi people. Was thinking of keeping our storage space after the Winter season is over.
Anyone interested in storing vehicles in the spot? It's a pull through spot so multiple vehicles could fit without blocking each other in.
Will be available April-November and can fit any number of vehicles to make 40'.
Probably would charge between $50-100 / month depending on demand. If we are close friends, the cost might be a 6 pack of beer...
