Hello racers, I'm looking to buy a set of 15x7.5 rims for my 1991 CRX SI. The problem I'm trying to figure out is why the konig hyperlite rim will fit a 1991 civic but not the crx anybody know why

I thought that was a 35mm rim? 35mm put you into the fender with a Civie. I'm surprised they say it works. Maybe with a narrow 195 tire and a lot of camber or a high ride height. For STS you'd get a lot of rubbing I'd think. The wheel just sticks out too far. And you can't run negative spacers. Sometimes you can machine off the pads 5mm and that will make it work. But I have no experience with the Konig. I can't tell you how CRXen differ from the Civies.

1991 Civic has different rear trailing arms that allow for use of 7.5" rim with offset between 39-43.

For everything else reference the above link to build a cookie cutter STS car.

Just wanted to point out that the 91 trailing arms supercede in the parts book so you can use them on an 89-90. Sorry... Still no help on the CRX question. :(
