NASA TV Sunday night... Well now actually...

Post by Steve Ekstrand »

Curiosity is inbound to Mars at 9100mph. NASA TV has an app for mobile devices or just online. Our own Steve Collins is front and center (first row, sixth from end) sitting in the "ATTITUDE CONTROL" seat.

I haven't been around here lately, but I was watching the broadcast and saw Steve and just thought I'd say congrats!

Congrats, Steve! We haven't met, but I'll be looking for you the next time you're out there. Us ACS guys have to stick together... nobody gets us. :D

Congrats Steve C!!! This is one of those historic moments that will be written about. I was lucky to see both Curiosity and the Sky Crane at JPL.

We need to submit some hippyautocrossguy pics of him, too.

Made these bumper stickers up after a comment Steve made in another thread. Just haven't gotten a chance to give them to him.

I was happy to see this photo in yesterday's LA Times (just looked at it today), but disappointed Steve wasn't quoted in the story. Either way, congrats!
