It's been known since almost day one that RFID was something that's easy to compromise, in most cases the chip should be encrypted so its not quite as simple as just getting the RFID signal. I'm far more worried about the RFID chips being put into passports and drivers licenses than I would be about bank accounts. Your moneys insured at the bank your identity is not.
