For anyone considering going w2w, the best value in getting your SCCA Road Race license is coming up soon.
Three days at Buttonwillow followed by your first race on Sunday.

No, the amount of track time you have to get for license requirements would make sharing a car impossible.

Toby, For sure I'll stop by and introduce myself. But first, I need to make sure my car is race legal, I think with the current mods I'll be in ITE where I'll get hammered

Probably not, ITE is a catch all class so there's a big spread in performance. A well prepped and driven Spec Miata will do fine in ITE
