I would like to continue for another term. I have been involved with CalClub Solo since it started in 1985 (and was involved with the organization that became CalClub Solo for 14 years before that). I have served in almost every board and volunteer position, including Chairman. I feel it's important to have at least one long time member on the board. While I have lots on insight on how things were done in the past, I've always been open to new ways of doing things, I was instrumental in getting us using electronic timing and computerized. Yes, when I started, we were using stop watches! So please keep me for one more term.

I want to throw my hat in the ring to run for the one vacant director position next year. I would be happy to do double duty and continue on as Comms Chair, but if I can't, then I'd like to go for the director position.

Ballots sent out via email to Points Card Holders, they will be open until Nov 8th for voting. If you don't receive it then check your spam folder and that the email address on your MSR account is correct. I will be sending another email reminder next week.
