Re: 2020 Schedule
They may want flexibility come the summer. Might be a backlog of events. Might make more storing unsold cars. Or staging the National Guard.

Re: 2020 Schedule
Likely true, but also very likely we will still be locked down around that time. Easily could become three months from the beginning of the lockdown, which would put us out to June 19th.Steve Ekstrand wrote: ↑Sat Mar 28, 2020 8:53 pm They may want flexibility come the summer. Re: 2020 Schedule
Hopefully this blows over before July. I ran one practice and now I'm hooked. I wonder if it does if the Speedway would amend the cancellation in June.

I was once Executive Producer on a product called Everything Is Negotiable. I doubt the door has been closed on anything. Stay flexible. Stay safe! Hope we get to run together soon.

Re: 2020 Schedule
Now that we're adding events it makes it really hard to get my car fixed and wait for the new 315 Falken tires... Why do you do this to me????

Re: 2020 Schedule
You're welcome to run the FiST of course...... you don't have to worry about having excess HP trying to get to the ground.

If we put a Mustang sticker on it, it then becomes CAM legal, right?Rick Brown wrote: ↑Wed Jul 22, 2020 2:19 pm You're welcome to run the FiST of course...... you don't have to worry about having excess HP trying to get to the ground.

Re: 2020 Schedule
As far as we are concerned, yes. Doesn't eliminate the possibility of ACS cancelling something for some reason.Howard Kopel wrote: ↑Thu Sep 10, 2020 9:02 pm So these event dates are confirmed???????

Re: 2020 Schedule
Hi! I am new here.
I was interested in the events listed for the remainder of the year.
However, they are not on motorsportsreg.
Will there be any more events this year?
Thanks!

They are normally activated 2-3 weeks prior to each event.Franz Abellon wrote: ↑Thu Oct 01, 2020 9:06 amThanks for your reply.Anthony P. wrote: ↑Thu Oct 01, 2020 8:20 amACS October 24-25Franz Abellon wrote: ↑Wed Sep 30, 2020 10:43 pm Hi! I am new here.

Re: 2020 Schedule
Any chance of a post-Thanksgiving practice when our usual novice school is?
I'm actually in town this year.
Looks like I'll miss Nov 15th, though, hurt my hand putting in a transmission seal.

Re: 2020 Schedule
Another unfortunate consequence of Covid-19, there is no school this year.
