Why!?

My early 80's 318 BMW had reverse turbo. When the AC came on the car was noticeably slower. :-(

great car

i picked up a dd 318ti on the cheap this summer

didnt like it at first but its grown on my big time.. tons of storage (8 race tires or more) and sewing machine smooth m44 engine... the car is quick enough when the outside temperatures are below 80 lol

the e30 should be plenty quick and entertaining if you can find a decent one

But please wait till you find the 5 speed. I had a E36 automatic 318is, perfect in every way except it is dangerously slow in emergency.

Looks clean and seller is motivated. Dunno about rust issues though and that 4.10 LSD probably kills the mpg you are after. At least this should give you something to compare to.

Here's another one. Again with 4.10 LSD :?: I guess it's a popular mod for the car.

looks like the 4.10 was an LSD option
going to look at a 5spd with 119k this weekend, $3500 and very clean, new leather seats, clutch, paint.
lets see what happens.
thanks

Nice

You'll be happier with the 325 and gas mileage won't be that bad compared to the 318. Plus lot's more fun.
