Have usually gotten renewal stuff from National by now. Did you guys get something?

Yup.

Bill, you should be able to check the status and renew online if you'd like, otherwise I'd call HQ in the morning and ask them for assistance.

So online renewal went perfectly until I hit SUBMIT and nothing happened.

Nevertheless, I got back a confirmation so I guess it worked.
