I'm putting this note in both the E-board and public forums, so people in need can access this info.
We use a Quest 2100 sound meter and have one of the extension cables; I believe the ICM-50. This is the same meter used by SCCA National.
Our extension cable is damaged - one of the ends was torn off. The terminators aren't a common standard, but they are available once you know what to order. Here are the parts at Mouser's site. They're available elsewhere as well (Digikey, perhaps Allied, etc.)

Male: https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/798-SR3010PE4P71
The female end can also be searched online by its manufacturer part number: SR30-10JE-4S(71)
And the male end: SR30-10PE-4P(71)
Also, the current "owners" of Quest sound meters is at https://www.tsi.com. They bought the business from 3M in 2018.
