Actually, I had Aaron slated to do worker signup, unless he and George swapped jobs. That would leave George free to help you do reg.

Worker sign-ups is one of my big concerns. I don't care who does it, just as long as we aren't stopping the two lines of reg to do it.

Hey Steve, you must have missed my post in the CASOC thread where you were asking for reg help and I said I was going to do worker signup in the morning both days.

viewtopic.php?f=14&t=1414&st=0&sk=t&sd= ... =25#p24496" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Well still need some help once the event starts since i run second and Bev runs first, but the bulk of the worker assignments should be done by then.

After first heat its not bad. Stacey, Tadd and I can trade off til late lunch, where Tadd and I will need to walk and get the car to grid. After first group is finished 1 person can often cover all if need be. Its just 7am til end of first where we need at least one experienced person other than our family, preferably two.

Yuki-

We'll need you in the AM to walk with the kids (youth steward) and oversee that plus, get ready to run first.

If Renee can be there at Reg in the morning and we have worker sign up's taken care of, between Stacey, me, and Tadd we'll be in fine shape trading off on the second line.

Renee-

If you could work morning reg that would be fantastic!!!!!!! :gpower: :gpower: :gpower: :gpower: :gpower: :gpower: :gpower:

Fixed both 2/1 (1st group) and 3/1 (4th group) flyers to include FJ.

I'm sorry I didn't see this thread until now. I can do what ever is needed so long as I'm sitting down. By next event, I should be good as old. :)

I just have to say that with the patience and instruction from both Stacey & Rick, I found the computerized Registration totally a joy to manage and extremely easy. It took me a couple of minutes and some apologies for the idiot behind the computer, but eventually I mastered it. Did I say that? Now if I could only remember what I need to bring to the events (i.e. RADIOS!!!!!!).

Thanks to everyone for a good event. Craig would have loved the course, Tom.

Oh yeah, Renee was a big help at registration, until "HE" came along. After that, forget it. She was in la la land. :lol:

Excellent news! Renee is our registration rock (along with everything else). It would have been a disaster for us, if she was "incompatible" with the new system. To me it seems like it works pretty well. When we get the payment thing perfected it should rock.

We need all these enhancements and such to try and fill Craig's shoes!
