Pro Solo work assignments

Its time to put together the rest of the work assignments for the Pro.
We need:
Gate workers; All day friday. Sat am and lunch Sunday am and lunch and during the challenges
Course set up workers: I need one more for friday am
Person in charge of course after set up.
Tech workers: need 2 more
Registration: one more to help friday evening and sat am.
All these above count as your work assignment for the weekend.
Other important jobs that may or may not count as your work assignment:
Welcome party helpers ( friday night )
water and ice chief
course blower
challenge worker coordinator
supplies chief ( tp etc. )

Also !! Part of everyones work assingnment is to help work the challenges. So our challenge worker coordinator will be contacting most of you to help with that. Thanks in advance for everyones help !

4. Groupings: All classes will be divided into eight Groups for the purpose of
segmenting the event into running and working assignment times, unless
lower than anticipated attendance requires using a lower number of
groups for efficient event operations. While the exact groupings will vary to
a minor degree from event to event in order to balance the size of the
groups, the following is representative of typical groups. Actual groups for
each event will be designated in the Event Supplemental Regulations.
Example:
Group 1 FJA, FJB, HS, GS, FS, ES, STS
Group 2 L2, DS,
Group 3 CS, BS, AS
Group 4 SS, ST, B1
Group 5 STX, FSP, ESP, DSP
Group 6 CSP, BSP, L1,
Group 7 ASP, SM, SSM, SMF, STU
Group 8 R1 (Race Tire Index – all Prep and Mod), F125, B2
5. Final group assignments will be listed on the Event Supplementary
Regulations and/or as a posted Driver's Notice.

one or two classes might be one group offset but for the most part they keep it in that general order. Part of the reason is that the Ladies classes require the corresponding open classes to be in certain places. L2 always runs early and L1 always runs late.

It could be considered this way: slower classes to fastest classes. HS all the way to R1/F125

Steve...don't spread yourself too thin, I've already got plenty of SSS work lined up for you and Stacey.
Actually PM or E-mail yours and Stacey's availability, I'll need late and lunch support.

Other SSS...I'll need support during L1 and ST competition (and hopefully Challenges) this can be your heat work assignment. Please let me know if you can do it.

Chief of course= (what I was doing at the ProFinale @ Forbes Field when I first met Tom many years ago) Assures the course is ready to run during the weekend. Spare cones, worker water, fire bottles, red flags, etc.
