What does that mean? Do I still mail a check to the address as usual?

That line is really not meant for the practice flyer. Send in your reg like the other instructions say.
For champ events, that will say 'Pre-Reg online Here' or something of the like. It's just code that is unfortunetly stuck in practice flyers.
