WTB: 15x6 Miata wheels (5 spoke 99+ or M mesh)

Post by Dan Shaw »

Hey, getting the miata prepped for autoX next year and I sold my wheels off (like a dolt). Need to get some new ones to put good rubber on.

Looking for the 99+ 5 spoke (prefer non-polished) or the M edition 93~97 BBS mesh wheels.

If someone has a 15x6 aftermarket wheel that's around 14 lbs or so please let me know. far as I can throw it these are the lightest wheels I know of that meet stock class regs without spending a small fortune (aka VOLK/SSR :heyes: ).

I think we have a couple of sets of those ... that we want to get rid of. I'll double check the sizes later this evening. They're for a '99 Anniversary Edition. We also have a set of SSR's and 9" 6UL's ...

We've got these 8 wheels in 15X6 ... four have 225 710's mounted on them, the others are clear of tires. Not sure which wheels have tires on them. I have to un-bury them to see. Note that they don't quite match ... but they'll be very cheap!

Mako,

How much life is left in the tires and how much for just the 225 710's?

I don't think Karen wants to sell the 710's ... they're pretty new ... reserved for Track Days. I'll check

Mako,

I understand. If you have any older one's? The "new" car is going to have the room for bigger tires and I,m on the hunt for 225/50/15's.

Thanks.

Just came in from washing them ... two of them have some baked on brake dust? I don't know why all of a sudden that happened. Tried the P21 GEL that "everyone" swears by ... but that didn't get it all off. Thinking about hydroblasting ... landlord pays for the water. :D

The Miata and wheels will be at CA Speedway on Friday and Sunday if you want to check them out.

These are the four wheels that are sans tires at the moment ... two styles, one of the three is glossy. $75 to get them out of our garage

Mako,

I'll take the $80 15x6 (mixed) set. Don't have room to bring them home from CA speedway (in the Miata)... be happy to pick them up at your house.

Craig

Give me a call (emailed phone#) I'll pick them up today (if your not at today's practice), or tonight after the practice if you are.
