Joe Austin has a long drive, but he seems to enjoy them. For Darren its a run to the airport.

I've tried to register twice and each time when I get to the c/c drop down box it won't allow me to select anything. Everything else is seems normal. Any thoughts?

I had to click around a little to the left of the drop down arrow to get the options.

The click spot is at the very bottom of the drop down arrow icon, maybe a pixel or two below it.

After three tries, I finally got one entry in. The SCCA website is a joke. I'm calling in the other three.

From the page you're getting stuck, go to the top header and as you scroll over them drop down menus will appear. You'll figure it out from there. BTW, you're not alone. I think that website is abysmal.

I had no prob registering using FF. Seems that the actionable parts of the fields is off for some reason but it was easy enough to work around...

I encountered a bug submitting my payment information with Firefox. An error message that looks like it's for object oriented code or a database. The national staff is aware of the problem, and recommend using Internet Explorer for now, or faxing them your registration.

Darrin wrote the timing software, he is probably coming to make sure that everything is working this year.

He is protesting the creation of R1... besides, why can you still register in P1? Are they going to bring it back?

Okay, who screwed up the registration website? Not only couldn't I complete the transaction - due to some wonderfully cryptic message - but it was about as user-unfriendly as any online process I've ever seen. After selecting the El Toro Pro event for registering, if I select the REGISTRATION button I get a screen telling me an error has occurred.

That's backed up with nifty details like "Error Number: -1" and "Error Message: You've entered invalid characters, please click back and try again."

If I select MEMBER it gives me the event registration screen, but after putting in all the details it just doesn't want to accept my payment.

Looks like I'll be registering via fax...
