And how. Do we just call a mechanical to have Ash change to the street tires so she can run SK2L while Will and Paul are running HS in the third group? God knows just having her run in the 4th group with me in SK2 would make sense but since early or late changes are specifically prohibited...

Umm, where's F125?

Also, if we can't support 8 run groups for a day event, how in the world are we going to do it for the NOTLD which is usually no more than 150???

For instance, my group, the 5th (Pax, ASP, SM2, SK1L, STXL, STUL, TRKL) will have about 10 cars and 14 drivers - based on the last event - and my guess is that it'll be less for this event. How are you going to make a work group (the 7th) out of less than 14 people?

I'm assuming the run groups weren't planned to be as posted.

Not quite - the program puts the Ladies and workgroups in by itself. The overall "plan" was to keep each group to approx 19 -22 cars based on the last 2 events and last year NOTLD averages for each class, including ladies.
Will try to sort it out in the next day or to.

[quote="Tom PhillipsThe overall "plan" was to keep each group to approx 19 -22 cars based on the last 2 events and last year NOTLD averages for each class, including ladies.[/quote]That's pretty sparse. I usually aim at 20/workgroup at a practice, and that's stretching it. But then there's only 1 person in the trailer at a practice and 'no-big-deal' if a cone doesn't get picked up immediately.
