I Have the Best Wife Ever!

Post by Kurt Rahn »

Tonight she tells me she's absolutely tickled that I've become addicted to autocross and asks me when I'm going to buy an autocross-only money pit instead of using my daily driver!! Are you guys jealous as hell, or what? Now if I can just get her to try driving once, I'll have her hooked too.

Edit: I apologize if that smiley offended anyone...I wrote this post after a few too many adult beverages last night.

Hey a car where weighing 160lbs more than Kendra Motonishi won't kill you.

Of course, only having 5% of KMo's skill level will be fatal.

Cool car, best described as "Proof of God".

You Berrys are consummate sales people, if nothing else ;)

I wish I had the disposable income to spend that much. That car looks like a blast to drive, and, given the power it likely produces, it probably eliminates the driver girth disadvantage I suffer from.

It's ok, the car is actually good enough that you can snag awesome codrivers like Kyle Williams that have a kumho tire contract and no car to use it on. The free tires would offset the payments on the car and the driving 'lessons' would be the profit.

besides...how could your wife not like a corvette?

You got a point there...Chicks dig Corvettes. Shauna was almost ready to buy after driving one on R-comps in the SCNAX cup a couple years back.

Yeah, not all chicks dig corvettes. I tried to talk Jill into one, but she wanted to know if it came with a chest toupe and a gold medallion...

Yeah, I'm sure there are quite a few that don't want to dig them, but deep down they all do.

Mine's not bad in the kitchen, and she can cook too. She also has a jacket.

Steve almost has the coolest wife ever. Now, if he was driving Tom's Corvette instead of a Honduh.... :) :D
(Of course, she did just let him buy a BIG truck and an even BIGGER trailer...)

Paul's wife is pretty cool too... I mean she's put up with him for how long? :)
