using travel neck pillow while driving?

I saw this on my way home yesterday and was wondering if he was planing to take a nap while driving or if his car was cornering so fast that he needed the extra support... }:)

That's a picture of Stephen Yeoh.
He usually yells to keep himself awake while driving.
