Brad, minor waivers are available at the gate and only take a few minutes to fill out. Save the receipt to avoid filling out additional waivers for every event.

Worked with Firefox but I had trouble with Safari:

Thanks everyone!!

I **ASSumed** this site would have a "downloads" area for the generic waivers and such :D

I know full well how hectic it can be at the signup table. I'm already behind by not finding the site until AFTER pre-reg had been closed so I'm trying to minimize the pain of your group dealing with new people. I'm not new at this, but each group I have worked with around the USA operates a tad different!

Thanks again.

George ... you're assuming both parents will be at the gate. Doesn't one need both parents to sign the waiver ... and thus one needs to be able to print it out before hand?

Doesn't one need both parents to sign the waiver
and one will not be there in my case

Brad,

We don't put the pdf's on our site because it is our parent's (SCCA) forms and it is just easier to show you a link to where they keep them rather than having to constantly be checking to make sure that our site's forms aren't out of date.

If you haven't already done so, make sure you check out the solo section of scca.com and the Supp regs on our main site (solo2.com)

New tab on the front page of solo2 "Forms" and provide links to the SCCA site for all pertinent "forms"?

I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, it has to be dummy proof for me.. Image

I think because our supp regs point to the SCCA rules we normally just **assume** that everyone goes poking around the SCCA site before they ask questions. The minor waiver question has been asked in the past but we just switched to these forums a couple of months ago so all of the questions need to be asked before the search function will be truly helpful. (hence why its not a bad thing that you are asking)

Oh, one more thing (and I will make sure this point gets added to our genereal FAQ thread since it seems to be missing)

Pre-registration is only for people with points cards. Since you just recently found our forums and main website you probably would not have been able to pre-register for this event.

No problem! Just trying to make her 1st SCCA experience as smooth as possible. Maybe she can catch a ride with another female driver this evening??

Maybe, but a lack of X-runs makes that a little difficult.

If she likes it then she is very welcome to come to the ladies school that we host on the Thanksgiving day weekend http://tinyurl.com/5blxop" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
the students are only ladies, the instructors are only ladies, the course designer is a lady. The only thing the guys get to do is work course, except at the end of the day they get 2 laps to beat their lady and if they don't then an expensive dinner is owed :D

I thought the lights weren't allowed this year. or was that just someone's wishful thinking? Personally, I'm not sure how they are considered legal, but I doubt I see too many in SK1 to care about.
