Driver License

I have a friend that's coming over to the US and wants to try out our autocross. granting he will be getting a SCCA weekend membership, can he participate with a foreign driver license?

The driver's license is to show proof of age (per the supps). So a foreign license or passport should be perfectly fine.

Rule 4.1.A
Drivers in all categories except Kart must possess a currently valid automobile drivers license. Drivers license or permit restrictions must be followed.
Does not have to be a US state issued license. However, a passport is not sufficient.
