Thanks everyone. Got them mounted at So Cal Performance in Downey. Took a while, but we got them on. He also has race gas (108).

Where can I get slicks mounted onto 3-piece wheels?
Simple question, but... I need to mount Goodyear G19 cantalever slicks onto 3-piece Kodiak wheels (13 inch x 7). America's Tire blemished my wheels (I'll never go back) and Jim's Tire man will mount Hoosiers but not the Goodyears with their equipment since the Goodyear sidewalls are much stiffer (I ...

Re: I just changed the oil...........
When I rebuilt my engine, I found what I thought was an alarming amount of metal in my Oberg filter, the first time I ran the car. I cleaned the filter, changed the oil, and ran the car again. Minimal shavings the second time. Cleaned the filter and ran the car again. Almost no material (Obergs are ...

Re: Anyone with experience using QA1 Springs
So the answer to my question (although all the other discussions were interesting and valuable) is no one has experience with QA1 springs. Well, I don't want to be the guinea pig so I'll stick with the Eibachs for now.
Thanks for the feedback.

Re: Anyone with experience using QA1 Springs
Thanks for the reply and true, most times you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, as companies try to stay competitive, they end up using the same factories in China, using the same materials. Guess I'll have to research Eibach's quality control a little more. Too bad no one in the club has a sprin...

Anyone with experience using QA1 Springs
Summit racing has QA1 springs at half the cost of Eibachs. More expensive doesn't always mean more quality and vice-versa. Anyone use these springs and if so did you check actual spring rates before installing?
Thanks for responding.

Three piece wheel mounting question
Any advice on getting tires mounted on 3-piece Kodiac wheels? Is a no-touch machine good enough? Anyone with experience near Simi Valley?
Thanks!
Thanks!
