How fair is it to compare a 195/55 Dunlop Z1 to a 205/50 Kumho XS?

I know it is really close but we are talking milliseconds here.

The Kumho Ecsta XS is a great tire! Lasts long and is very competitive. I use the 205/50/15 on my 89 Civic ST car and I love the tire, best value for the money in my opinion. That makes me feel good.
