What are the chances of having a non-member being able to participating with a weekend membership?

I have a few friends that are very interested to run that day. Maybe they can fill up those spots by registering on site.

I think there will be AM shower on sat. how will that effect the event?

can non SCCA member mail the money to join this practice event? and pay $15 dollar at event registration?

I just became a SCCA, so im still new to all of this.

I sent in my money for the 5/2/09 GRA Practice event and the flyer said to check the message board for registration confirmation. I can't seem to find it. Can someone please pose the link.

as for the weekend membership fee i just need to show up to the event and buy it there right?

this will be my second autocross events. I just want to go out and run my car and maybe go home learning something about it, i really don't care about the whole competition, i don't think im ready for it anyway. What about the novice class and the Time Only class? what is these two class? How many r...

nm...i figure that part out. When i was registering i saw the option novice and time only... should i be in the novice class, since this is my first championship event and second time autocross?

how do i register for the X run when i register online?

1) college students under 24 (or something like that) only pay $15 for the 3 (possibly 4) runs. For the amount of work you do, it's sometimes better than a practice (more normally 12-15 runs). do you mean only pay $15 for the event fee or for the x-run fee? I'm a starving college student that loves cars and doesn't have a lot of money. I been to one autox practice day in the past and i loved it. For $65 (event fee + weekend membership) i got about 20 runs by the end of the day. I felt my money was well spent and i learn a lot about my car. ...so i miss...

Looking at the run order on sunday it look like each class only get to run one session. My question is in one session usually how many runs can a person get? 1-3? 4-8? 8-10? I'm not a Solo2 member and i want to attend this feb 28 practice event at el toro. I'm a little confuse on how to register. Do i just show up on that day and sign up and pay or do i have to mail in a check+ $15 for weekend membership.

I read the directions on the entry in the calendar and it said to mail a check to the address, but at the bottom it said there is no pre-registration?

my question did not really get answer.
