Re: Go Pro Camera setup
This is a common problem with cameras mounted on drones (called the jello effect); there is vibration at or near near the shutter frequency. Try changing the shutter speed first. If that doesn't help, an isolation mount should help: http://www.ebay.com/itm/DJI-Phantom-GoPro-Anti-Vibration-Jello-Rubb...

Re: Any advise on Hankook Ventus z214?
I wouldn't dream of going to the Nationals with anything except Hoosiers. But, not every race is the Nationals -- the Hankooks are pretty good and a lot cheaper.

Re: Any advise on Hankook Ventus z214?
Thanks for the response guys. So, I am referring to the C71. Any other feedback? I use them for all my local club events becuase they are so much cheaper than Hoosiers in my size (245/45R16). They need to be a bit warmer than A6s before their grip comes in, and they won't take as much heat as a V71...

Which compound are you using? C51 (track) or C71 (autoslalom)?

Re: CTV work day 10-9-10
Right now, the only issue I have is that the IR sensors (Cutler-Hammer) for the start and finish seem to go out of alignment within 30 minutes after first setup. Once re-aligned, they are good for the rest of day without a problem. We use these sensors: http://info.bannersalesforce.com/xpedio/group...

Completely wireless system including the displays ... but I believe I recall now that it's a one off that the fellow might commercialize when he retires. It is a one-off at the moment, but I do have circuit boards ready to be printed, parts lists, etc. I designed it because of my frustration with e...
