Re: Ladies School Coming - Instructors Wanted

I know this is a touchy subject, but if you allowed Male instructors, I'm sure you could find enough mild mannered ones who would do a wonderful job instructing. Maybe you could ask the students if having a Male instructor would be intimidating and assign them to the women instructors. Actually to m...

Re: September 25 Registration Open

I tried to register in Historic 2 using an STR index and there was no selection for that. How do you sign up for Historic 2? Works for me. Class = Street Touring Roadster, PAX = HST2 Historic 2 I'm guessing you tried to do it the other way. MSR doesn't look at indexed classes as a "class"...

I wouldn't read it that way Craig. In 03 I finished fourth and last trophy spot in BP and I'm very proud of that finish. I think you did a fantastic job, well done. I can see how your feelings could be bent, and I know you and Gio are best of friends :o . To be consistant Gio should have mentioned t...

Re: Is left foot braking helpful with a NA engine?

Left foot braking is generally more effective for front drive cars because the torque from the engine counteracts some of the braking on the front wheels, resulting in more rear-biased braking, which helps bring the tail around in a turn. It's less desirable inf a balanced RWD car. For example, Kev...

Re: Wanted used car under $5,000

I have a customer wanting to sell his 1983 Datsun 280ZX for $3,000. It has pretty high mileage but has been maintained fairly well, good tires brakes and I do believe the AC works. Needs a few things in general a pretty decent car its worth more than he's asking, I can email pics if interested. It i...

I bet if you checked with your bank you will find the new rewards cards, like Slate from Chase are commercial cards now not consumer cards. This site has good info on Credit Cards http://www.creditcards.com/credit-card-news/business-commercial-credit-cards-not-covered-by-regulations-1282.php" o...

You want to be careful when getting the rewards cards, you lose all your consumer protection because they are classified as Business Credit cards and therefore exempt from the new Consumer protection regulations recently passed. My brother loves the story of the steel rivets they use to hold the aluminum panels in place. Makes for all kinds of fun galvanic action... Max, that thing will be a pain to maintain. Don't do it!
