The alphabet simply has too many letters.

Pre-Registration closes tomorrow at mid-night. After that, walk up only and it's +$15.

The infamous "Generic Recycled Trophies" are just about done. There seems to be a theme of tastelessness this year. ;)

Great weekend accomplished up at the Big Bear Airport.

35 driver's enjoyed the mild temperatures at 6800ft. Had a fun little competition and lots of runs.
Results for the event are posted on the JayCom web page:
http://www.JayComServices.com

Big thank you goes out to all the participants for keeping the event fun and safe. Our good behavior is well noted by the airport personnel and they love having us. Also want to thank the CSU-Fullerton FSAE team for they're hard work on the course, and they want to extend their thanks to the $$ tips donated by the drivers.

Next up for JayCom is the Snow Valley July 16-17.
Saturday will be our second "Versus" event of the year. The versus event is open to all cars and drivers, but we are offering a $15 discount to the targeted marquees. The two discounted marquees this time are Miatas and 4WD Subarus. Everyone else is welcome to enter at the still low price of $60.

Sunday (Jul 17) will be a first attempt at a Tarmac RallyX. This will be mixing elements of AutoX and RallyX to create some new fun. The course design will be focusing on areas of low traction (gravel, worn pavement) and the scoring will be RallyX style (eight cumulative runs). After completion of scored runs we'll continue with practice runs likely getting 12-16 runs total on the day. Any stock type suspension and street compatible lowerings should be acceptable, not recommended for very low, very stiff track set up suspensions.

Big Thanks Jayson and his crew.
The event was very smooth and fun overall.

Here is a taste of Jay's double cross over course with my raging 108 elevation adjust ponies :)

Yeah I'm thinking rotories and S2000s are most affected by the air, high reving small displace. The torque machines seemed to hold up a little better. Nothing beats the turbo though.

I believe most those skid marks are the work of Mr Rios ;-)
