They grow so fast

Post by Jayson Woodruff »

Got lots of good bragging stories today. My son's 2y9m, just started talking really 8 months ago. Woke this morning to the sound of the TV in the living room. Got up to discover he turned the TV on, found the PBS station he watches, popped in one of his DVD movies and had them both going in split screen. But bored enough with the two shows, that he also managed to turn on the desktop, start internet explorer and click a series of ads that got him to an official Disney page where he printed several pages of disney characters. Triple tasking.

And, got home this afternoon. Sent him to my condo ahead of myself while I gathered stuff out of my car. He headed up the stairs then simply disappeared. I ran up the (outside) stairs, not on the patio, front door still locked. Few seconds of panick before I saw him peering out the living room window looking at me. Still not clear on how he got inside unless I forgot to lock the door this morning (which I've never done).

Good story Jay. They do grow up fast. Make sure to enjoy every minute while you can. Before you know it, that little boy will be challenging for a national championship. :D

Before you know it they are brokering credit default swaps to teachers pension funds through a Cayman intermediary for $22K a year, but strangely charging hundreds of thousands of dollars in basic living expenses through his corporate credit card issued by a Toronto corresponding bank. Apparently, Cayman companies like their agents to live well.

Hey, Steve. Could you tell Robert to return my calls, please? We may be gettin' a little "heat". Thanks.

Did I mention Robert's trust fund is held by UBS? I don't think that is a coinkydink.

Yeah. That's the "heat". Really. Have him call me in the morning right after "Elmo's World".
