I bumped the Miata, Lotus and Subaru message board threads advertising this event a couple of days ago ... in case we needed a few more people. The NASIOC thread:

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthr ... p=24350632

... feel free to add to the thread to keep it up on that very active message board.

Thanks Mako. I have 78 on the list now (max 75) but a couple of people I'm not 100% sure of.
We usually face a couple of last minute dropouts.

Hitting the exact target number is an art not a science. We're about right, except I've never been here at this date without a waiting list for a normal practice. Doesn't bold well for our attendance overall.

Does sound about right for the end of year/winter attendance though. I remember last year there were practices in this time period that they couldn't even hit the cap on.

Not all winters... We have that unused currently unneeded cap in the rulebook for a reason.

And I think the ones that didn't fill were special events like the Scnax Cup last year.

I'm afraid I have to be among the dropouts this weekend. Can you shred me?

If people only knew how cool the course is, they'd be paying a premium to get into the practice! 8-)

No, no, no!

The reason for time is so everything doesn't happen in the same place at once. I thought you JPL guys were up on that... ;)

Going into the final 24 hours we're sitting on 80 names with four of the flakey shakey variety and one of the ridiculously outrageously flakey shakey type... :)
With a target of 75 we should be about perfect.
As of 4am (who can sleep with the jobs report coming out today) Friday the list (in the second post of this thread) should be fully updated. Take a look. If you aren't on, or you are on and its wrong, let me know!!!!

Reminder that tech and registration are open from 7-8.
Not there by 8am and you run the risk we might give your spot away.
