If even that. I helped pick up my own cones last time. Gives me all the more reason to not hit 'em :)

The best way to do the side courses is the "bring a cone buddy". Find a dancing partner and take turns.

Actually, the best way is to not hit cones in the first place.

The worker is there just for safety ... making sure only one car is in the "pen" at a time.

Saturday will remain focused entirely on the Motorsport event. We will have a separate slalom practice area on Sunday.

But yeah ... typically everyone gets a LOT of runs on Sunday which might make the extra Figure 8 and Slalom redundant.
Having been in charge of this event the prior 4 years, I do not recommend this. Your getting a free practice on Sunday for very little work on Saturday. You will also have the Z guys wanting to do the extra events also and they are hard to control. We need to keep it simple, I'm sure Mike would agree.

Can you use a 15yr old kid? Jon has his permit and wants to drive a CAR at the practice!

Do we need to print something to show the guard like last time?

Mostly Alta Loma HS's lack of first basemen. We're thinking about doing the Bremerton Tour/Pro as like a real vacation...

If you let me run the kart a few laps, he can drive my car a few laps :)

LOL. TOTALLY optional, although I'm sure I have an orange shirt in his size somewhere in my closet.

With 1.8hp, if you weigh more than about 110lbs, the kart isn't going anywhere.

Back On Topic:

Newsflash! I've had some cancellations. Their loss = your gain.

I have one opening left in the 3:00-5:00 slot, and one for 8:30-10:30.

Please e-mail me if you're interested: mikes at newportacceptance dot calm. (Pun intended. We do subprime auto finance and you can hear the crickets chirping in Underwriting.)
