Okay, I'll be the first, I guess. I was hoping to send Moby out with a bang, but that bastage Ernest laid down a scorching time on his last run to take second away (nice driving, dude!). Anyway, my time would've been good enough to win STX handily, so I can take some solace in that. Hey...maybe that's the class for the Whale! :ibrightdea:
Here's mine from Saturday and Sunday. Saturday's time was 75.616 and Sunday's was 71.130 (4th in SK2). According to the data, I left about 1.1-1.3 seconds out on course on my last run, which was on a re-run. D'oh! First time on a new setup... heheh.
64.9 seconds. I was faster once I quit pressing that right pedal so much. Too much power in this car. Or not enough rear tire.
Ignore the wires and blue tape on the dash (matched my class numbers and letters!). I was not really prepared to run this weekend. I threw our new data module on the dash too to sample GPS data.
Updated link to add data version.

No video here, but I had some fun. First time back on the track in four months with a setup that's only been on the car less than a week with almost zero testing. It wasn't an easy day with the weather and all the new things on the car, but I had fun just the same. I was pretty happy with my times. I placed about where I expected the new setup to put me. I'm sure I would've been quite a bit faster on my third run, but in the long left hander towards the end(Sunday setup), I heard an enormous pop come from the rear and the tail immediately stepped WAY out and I barely saved it. Turns out my left trailing arm slipped adjustment under load and toed the rear severely out. So I guess the new tires do make some grip! So anyways, I've gotta come up with a way to prevent that from happening again before the next championship event. See you guys in November.
