Intercooler Advice Sought

Starting an intercooler project on a 90 miata (1.6) with an M45 and wondered if anyone had any links or advice before the patient goes under the knife.

This may sound dumb, but have you looked at the kits that Jackson sells? Not to say that you should buy it but that it might be a good reference on a reliable setup.

At worst, I might look into turbocharger setups and how they held up. Flyin' Miata stands out (flawless turbo kits, they also happen to offer supercharger kits).

I think also that Grassroots Motorsport mag did a install on a 1st gen just recently?
